This event will bring together prominent executives from Louisville as well as members of the startup ecosystem including entrepreneurs, academics and the venture community, with a focus on digital health innovation and social determinants of health. An individual's health is impacted by the community they live in, the environment they were born into, and their social standing. These and other social determinants have an important impact on the health of our communities. Elevar is honored to facilitate a panel of esteemed local speakers who will offer their perspective on how innovation plays a critical role in using these social determinants of health to increase access to quality care and ultimately improve health outcomes. As a startup, entrepreneur, academic, or interested stakeholder in the healthcare space, we invite you to join us for this free evening event to better understand how this landscape is evolving and learn about the potential opportunities.
