Dr. Lenka Fedorkova is a consultant dedicated to facilitating and promoting commercialization of early‐stage biomedical innovations. Dr. Fedorkova has over a decade of experience working in SBIR/STTR program development and implementation across Institutes and Centers, and ran NIH's flagship CAP program.

EVENT BRIEF

This is an intense, hands‐on clinic covering strategies for leveraging NIH SBIR/STTR programs for commercial success. Dr. Lenka Fedorkova will provide an overview and unique perspective based on actual cases and lessons learned from successful NIH awardees. The afternoon will be dedicated to group coaching of companies based on one‐page briefs prepared by the participants.
