- Prepare an investor- or consumer-oriented pitch
- Intensive 10-week course with coaching
- Understand the value of a Minimal Viable Product
- Validate your market prior to launch
The Lean LaunchPad Approach
Entrepreneurs will utilize the Lean LaunchPad methodology and the Business Model Canvas to brainstorm nine building blocks that constitute their businesses. They’ll practice evidence-based entrepreneurship as they learn how to use a business model to brainstorm each part of a company and customer development to get out of the classroom to validate customer interest. Finally, based on the customer and market feedback gathered, they will use agile development to rapidly iterate their product or concept to build/design something customers will actually buy and use.
Expected Deliverables: validated market, validated business model, investor- or consumer-oriented pitch deck, refined elevator pitch
