Kentucky Taco Co. is a taco-based food truck that's been operating in Louisville for over a year. Charlie has a background in IT with Apple and developing apps for blind children to use in public schools. He got involved in the food truck business via a partnership with his favorite chef and is eager to tell us how it's been going!
