The tour is an initiative to help connect diverse and non-traditional talent to open jobs across the country in 50 cities and beyond. We've stopped in Portland, Seattle, NYC, Birmingham, Baltimore, Memphis, Cleveland, and San Francisco and been met with great crowds. We hope to make a lot of noise and connections for the Louisville tech scene. The evening will consist of a career fair for up to 10 companies, speed mentoring sessions connecting mid-level/senior level talent with up & coming techies, lightning talks, coding bootcamp showcase and of course, special guests.
