Ed Tackett is the director of educational programs at the UL Additive Manufacturing Competency Center (UL AMCC), which is part of the Institute for Product Realization at the University of Louisville and is located at the University of Louisville's Belknap campus.
Tackett is a nationally recognized educator in the additive manufacturing field, and was previously director of The RapidTech NSF National Center at the Henry Samueli School of Engineering at the University of California, Irvine. With more than 25 years in additive manufacturing training and education, Tackett is instrumental in leading the UL AMCC and the development and delivery of its curriculum.
